三、产品特点
不同于普通的国产活性炭10%的水分,福彰SY系列椰壳炭水分均为5%。SY系列采用印尼进口之椰壳原料,斯列普炉活化工艺,产出的活性炭具备高碘值同时高硬度的特点。该产品炭粉少,耐磨损,用于啤酒厂饮料厂等需要周期性高温灭菌和高强度反冲洗的应用场景仍能保持非常低的磨损率。

四、产品适用范围
纯水超纯水、工艺用水、饮用水净化、瓶装水生产、啤酒饮料用水、净水器滤芯等领域均广泛采用椰壳活性炭配合RO膜使用。椰壳活性炭其碘吸附值高,杂质少,重金属含量低,易于达到中国或欧美国家的卫生安全要求。相比煤质活性炭,椰壳活性炭碘值高,且卫生安全性能好,滤床运行时耐磨损,是饮用水、食品行业用水的不二之选。在这些领域,椰壳活性炭唯一的缺点就是成本高。由于成本高,所以要小心购买到假货。
